Job description
Ice Miller seeks a mid to senior-level associate to join our Business practice group. Ideal candidates will have four (4) to seven (7) years of experience. About the Role: The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, e-commerce, and technology transaction agreements. The work will include enterprise subscription agreements, platform integrations, professional services, software licensing and implementation, vendor onboarding, data processing agreements, privacy policies, and technology/IP licensing. Candidates should be comfortable improving form agreements, simplifying contracting playbooks, and working with business teams to move sales and procurement processes forward. Experience with distribution, logistics, government contracts, and international commercial agreements is a plus. Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate SaaS
