Check pending and undelivered consignments from the previous day. Prepare and circulate the daily pending report by 10:00 AM. Review SLA deviations and follow up with the concerned hubs. Check pending POD status and identify old/urgent PODs for follow-up. Review emails and attend to client queries and escalations. Coordinate with hubs regarding delivery issues, holds, shortages, damages, address issues and other exceptions. Handle client calls, queries and escalations related to consignments. Verify received PODs and follow up for missing or incorrect PODs. Coordinate re-attempts, return consignments, cancellations and special delivery instructions. Prepare and update daily MIS reports. Coordinate return pickup requirements after receiving necessary client confirmation. Escalate major delays to the concerned teams for immediate action.
