Job description
As a Delivery Manager at Plative, you will own delivery outcomes for a pod of NetSuite consultants and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will report to the Director of NetSuite Delivery. You will be responsible for: (a) delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across engagements (b) coaching and developing a high-performing delivery team (c) commercial success through strong project execution and presales partnership Plative moves fast and works in an agile way. In this role, you will directly shape how our customers and partners run their business on NetSuite. Project Oversight & Delivery Leadership Manage timeline, scope, budget, risk, team capacity, and delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements.
