Qualification

Experience or familiarity with center-based ABA therapy is a plus, but not required Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables through completion Comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based role with frequent travel and on-site problem-solving Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Experience managing budgets, purchase tracking, and expense documentation Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and shared documentation systems Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions such as delayed shipments, schedule shifts, or permitting challenges Ability to travel frequently within Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. metro area Ability to pass MD/VA state, FBI, and sex offender background checks What You Will Bring: You are an energetic, motivated and efficient person who can drive towards meeting deadlines and making sure a center is ready for clients You are a self-starter who takes pride in seeing a project through and feels personally invested in opening centers on time You have a problem-solving mindset, focusing on solutions, not roadblocks, when something goes awry You are comfortable with daily
