Job description
Position objective: Manager of Clinical Education works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Education for Luminis Health. The Manager supervising nursing clinical education, professional development, and ensuring high-quality patient care outcomes through effective staff training and development across various healthcare settings in the Luminis Health system. Key Responsibilities: Oversight & Administration: Managing the operations and staff within the nursing education department across Luminis Health facilities (Anne Arundel Medical Center, Doctors Community Medical Center, McNew Mental Health Hospital, Pathways). Nurse Residency Program: Supervising the Nurse Residency Program, ensuring alignment and collaboration with the NRP coordinators to review and improve the curriculum.
