Job description
This role of an operational excellence coordinator is to drive operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role drives change through people and processes to advance the business What You Will Be Doing: Role model HelloFresh DNA and FRESH values, inspiring others and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Lead and support Yellow Belt/CI projects to improve key operational KPIs and deliver measurable results. Train and coach employees on process improvement methodologies, tools and techniques. Lead change initiatives, ensuring new processes, technologies and systems are successfully adopted and embedded.
