Job description

The Operations & Engagement Coordinator will support the day-to-day delivery of DMC Radiology Reporting services while taking an active role in managing, developing and maintaining capacity across DMC's clinical reporting network. The role will combine operational coordination with proactive reporter engagement, ensuring DMC has appropriate reporting capacity to meet current and future service demand. Working closely with reporters, Operations, Recruitment and Onboarding, the postholder will monitor availability and reporting activity, identify capacity gaps, engage and re-engage reporters, support newly onboarded reporters into active reporting and help maintain strong relationships across DMC's reporting community.
