Operations Lead

Qualification

3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a high-volume or "mall" environment. Proven ability to coach and train others on selling skills. High energy and a "bias for action"—you don't wait to be told to fix a display or help a customer. Comfortable being on camera and engaging with social media trends. Must be available for peak retail periods including Black Friday and the holiday season. Other "Must-Haves": Passion for mental wellness and the Comfrt mission. An entrepreneurial spirit—you take pride in the store looking and performing its best. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (our weighted gear is the real deal!).
