About the role Human Archive runs large-scale field deployments to collect egocentric robotics data. We are hiring a Field Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of these deployments. You will coordinate field teams, hardware, transportation, schedules, and deployment locations to make sure every operation starts on time and hits its daily targets. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is organised, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems in real time. What you will do Plan and manage daily field deployments Coordinate field teams, team leads, vehicles, hardware, and deployment locations Create daily schedules and assign people across projects Ensure teams receive the right equipment and reach locations on time Track attendance, deployment progress, productivity, and daily targets Coordinate with inventory teams for hardware dispatches and returns Handle transp
