As we continue to scale our global platform, the Facilities Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of Fanatics Commerce Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. ROLE OVERVIEW The Facilities Lead is critical to the smooth operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the Facility, Automation Equipment, Manufacturing Equipment, Material Handling Assets, Housekeeping, and Grounds. This position reports to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor and serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Team, performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to maximize site success. The Facilities Lead delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
