This role will be based out of Costa Rica and reports to our Manager of Partner Operations based in Costa Rica. You Will: Support all sales teams and channel partners throughout the complete sales cycle to meet customer needs Work within the Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ system to assist sales reps Manage high volume intake queue, maintaining consistent SLAs Manage partner deal registration process (lead routing) Review contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy Create custom order forms, provide guidance on complex deal structures, and escalate specialized issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution Quickly learn and master the quoting process Coordinate deal reviews with sales; support training, development, and compliance with operational policies Manage the daily deal approval process Work between the Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Sales departments to ensure sales transactions are quick and efficient Identify areas for improvement in the Quote to Cash Cycle to accelerate order processing for improving sales efficiency Assist with the reconciliation of multiple transactions and other contract related adjustments Respond to Partner inquiries (purchase orders, quote requests, invoices, order confirmations, status updates, pricing details) You Have: 2+ years of experience with Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk at a SaaS organization 2+ years of exper

As Customer Success Renewal Specialist, you will support the Customer Success Organization in driving a high volume portfolio of customer renewals proactively and at scale. The ideal Renewal Specialist is an experienced professional with an understanding of the SaaS contracting space. You will resolve a range of issues in creative ways while mitigating risk and providing a world-class renewal experience for our customers. This role will report to our Sr. Manager of Renewal Management in Costa Rica and this role is based in San José, Costa Rica. This role has flexibility to work remotely, but will need to be able to come into the office as required for training and business needs. You Will: Prepare and deliver high-volume renewals while handling continual customer requests and internal queries Work directly with customers to negotiate the renewal, including pricing and service term discussions Understand and align customer’s business needs and goals to generate renewal quotes Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewals strategy and plans, leveraging customer analytics and metrics Liaise with customers to ensure POs and order forms are accurately completed Maintain high levels of data quality in our CRM tool through attention to detail and comprehensive updates Proactively recognize issues that may impact a renewal and quickly identify resources to help resolve the issue(s) Work with an assigned territory of accounts and/or

Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, and Accounting across the Procure-to-Pay process. Our procurement function is in the midst of a transformation, and we want to be upfront about what that means for this role. Today, much of this work is hands-on and transactional: manually moving requests through intake, creating requisitions and purchase orders, routing contracts for signature, loading documents into our systems, and keeping records current. We are actively working toward intake and orchestration technology that will automate much of that manual work, and we expect the role to evolve over time from process execution toward greater category ownership. We anticipate meaningful improvements within the next year, but we can’t commit to a specific timeline, and that evolution is not guaranteed. Coming into this role, you should expect a significant manual and transactional workload, and a real opportunity to shape how the function matures as the technology and processes come online. Alongside that day-to-day execution, you’ll also begin acting as a buyer for designated lower-value, low-risk spend categories—owning the outcomes for those categories. As our tooling matures, you’ll increasingly use our procurement platforms as tools to leverage rather than serving as the manual engine behind them. We’re looking for someone who is energized by that trajectory and genuinely comfortable doing the hands-on work required to get there.
