N.E.T.R. is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor who knows how to connect with homeowners, understand what they need, and close the deal. If you know HVAC, love talking to people, and get a little competitive about your close rate — we should talk. What You’ll Do as Our Next HVAC Sales Advisor Run residential HVAC sales leads Meet with homeowners and evaluate their heating and cooling needs Sell complete HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, mini splits, and more Present good/better/best options based on the customer's home, needs, and budget Explain equipment, efficiency, financing, and replacement options Build trust, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale Follow up on open estimates and opportuni
