About the Role: Notion is building the collaborative AI workspace teams use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build the co-marketing motion with our partners—designing campaigns that show the combined value of Notion + our ecosystem and turning partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline. You’ll work in lockstep with Partnerships, Product Marketing, and regional sales leaders to ensure partners can tell the Notion story consistently across channels. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. About the Role We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute OpenAI’s joint go-to-market plan with AWS. This role will translate shared priorities into integrated programs across co-sell, marketplace, campaigns, field activations, customer proof, enablement, and executive engagement that accelerate adoption and drive measurable business impact. You will work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, and AWS stakeholders to move plans from strategy through execution. About the Role ChatGPT Ads is creating a new environment for how people discover products, evaluate options, and make decisions. As advertising in ChatGPT grows, our partner ecosystem will play a critical role in helping advertisers access, measure, and get more value from this new channel. We’re looking for an experienced individual to focus on ads partner marketing to help build and scale the partner marketing function for ChatGPT Ads. In this role, you will develop the strategy, programs, and go-to-market frameworks that activate our ecosystem of technology, measurement, and other strategic partners. You will work closely with partners ranging from global advertising platforms and measurement companies and emerging technology providers.
