Job description
Opportunity Overview: In this role, you will play an integral part of Cohere Health’s multinational finance team. Reporting to the U.S. Controller, you will oversee and manage the India-based payroll team owning the end-to-end U.S. payroll operation for 1,000+ employees through Workday, including processing payroll for full-time and hourly employees and contractors paid within Workday as well as owning federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance and filings. You will also oversee responses to employee payroll tickets and questions, auditing employee travel and expense reimbursements, processing incoming payroll related mail, and supporting benefits administration, including 401k and health insurance.
