The Payroll/HR Specialist will report to the Compensation Manager and assist in the accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, process pay rate changes into ADP, reporting as required, and participate in processing on a multi-state payroll (bi-weekly, semi- monthly, and weekly) under the direction of the Compensation Manager. 2-3 years of data entry and payroll processing Experience processing payroll in ADP (WorkforceNow) highly preferred Previous experience working in a multi-state payroll environment preferred Proficient in MS Suite (Excel and Word) Ability to communicate with all levels of staff Strong work ethic, flexible work schedule to accommodate payroll processing, monthly and quarterly deadlines as needed High degree of professionalism to deal with sensitive and confidential material OUR BENEFITS: Generous
