Deine Rolle Deine Rolle Als People Business Partner (all genders) unterstützt und berätst du unsere Führungskräfte an der operativen Basis, die Standortleitung sowie unsere Mitarbeitenden mit dem Ziel, eine engagierte und leistungsstarke Belegschaft bei Factor zu fördern. Du bist Expert:in in der Beratung entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles, steuerst wichtige Talent Programme, setzt HR-Richtlinien und -Prozesse um, stellst deren Einhaltung sicher und übernimmst operative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen internen Teams zusammen, um passgenaue Lösungen für personalbezogene Anforderungen zu entwickeln. Gleichzeitig leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu strategischen Projekten auf Bereichs- oder Funktionsebene – und gestaltest so aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit.
