About the role: We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Operations and Compliance Specialist to oversee a diverse functional scope covering HR infrastructure, benefit initiatives, payroll processes, HRIS administration, global mobility, and employee relations. This individual will manage critical operations with exceptional attention to precision, strong professional judgment, and a service-oriented mindset. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data through systematic auditing, query execution, and timely updates; champion the development and maintenance of user procedures and operational documentation for HR systems. Own the end-to-end administration of global benefits programs — including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans — and lead the annual open enrollment process, including strategic communications, vendor management, and system enhancements. Drive global mobility and immigration strategy, providing expert counsel on visa pathways, compliance timelines, and status adjustments.
