Physical Therapist

At WelbeHealth each participant of our program is guided by our interdisciplinary team (IDT) - composed of clinical and non-clinical members who work cohesively to provide quality patient-centered care. The Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety. This role is different because Physical Therapists at WelbeHealth: Lower patient volumes – no more seeing 3-4 patients an hour Form long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stints Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines Have work/life balance - no hours of documentation after work hours We care about our team members. That’s why we offer: Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) Work/life balance
