Pipefitter

Qualification

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED or above. 4-5+ years of experience as a pipefitter, in construction industry. OSHA 10 certificate required. Completed apprenticeship program or relevant certification, a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents. Proficient in the use of piping tools and equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of attention to detail, and highly organized. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and employees. Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
