Deine Rolle Du denkst voraus. Du behältst den Überblick. Du bringst unsere Produktion ins Rollen. Bei Factor_ treffen schnelle Entscheidungen, hohe Produktionsvolumen und viele bewegliche Teile aufeinander. Als Production Planner (all genders) sorgst Du dafür, dass daraus ein Plan wird, der funktioniert – heute, morgen und über die nächste Woche hinaus. Du steuerst unsere tägliche und wöchentliche Produktionsplanung, behältst Kapazitäten, Ressourcen und Produktionsziele im Blick und reagierst schnell, wenn sich etwas verändert. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Operations, Supply Chain und weiteren Teams zusammen und findest pragmatische Lösungen, bevor aus kleinen Abweichungen große Probleme werden.
