Role Overview: We're looking for a Principal AI Product Manager who's equal parts strategist, builder, and visionary- someone who wants to shape the future of AI in customer experience. In this role, you'll lead the development of our Voice AI platform and its go-to-market strategy. This is a high-ownership role and an opportunity to define product strategy, scale infrastructure, and empower developers and businesses to build with SquadStack's AI capabilities. What you will do Product Strategy & Vision Define and lead the roadmap for our Voice AI platform, aligning product initiatives with the company vision.
