Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience in supply chain OR associate degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related discipline with 7+ years of experience in supply chain Demonstrated negotiation skills gained through work involving Terms and Conditions, best value competition analysis, supplier management, or comparable negotiation activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others to adopt a different point of view. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including procurement management and ERP systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred
