About the team The Payments Intelligence organization builds the systems that optimize payments across Stripe’s global network. We develop data-driven products that help businesses maximize revenue while minimizing fraud, disputes, and payment costs. The Disputes team builds products that help businesses prevent, manage, and resolve payment disputes. We are creating an increasingly automated, end-to-end experience from helping cardholders recognize purchases and resolving issues before they become disputes, to recovering revenue when disputes do occur. Our products help businesses reduce operational effort, maintain healthy dispute rates, and stay in good standing with payment networks.
