Our Credit team at Plaid is building the largest cash flow based Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) in the US to deliver lending solutions across the full lender lifecycle — including underwriting, verification, and servicing. We help lenders make faster, more informed decisions using consumer-permissioned financial data. As the Product Manager for our CRA Network team, you will grow the number of consumers that have permissioned their data to our CRA, Plaid Check. You will build a more robust experience for consumers to interact with the CRA and learn more about sharing cash flow data with lenders. About the Team Our New Verticals team launched in 2020 with the purpose of delighting our customers and empowering local communities outside of just restaurants. Since then, we’ve launched Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMarts while also building merchant services, dasher tooling and consumer products. New Verticals is the growth engine of DoorDash’s business and we are continuing to build and scale new businesses everyday! Grocery is one of our highest priority, most complex verticals that is key to acquiring consumers to new verticals outside of just restaurants. About the Role We are hiring a Senior Associate on our Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations teams to work scaling the service offerings we can provide to consumers through our third party merchant partnerships with some of the most well known grocers and your local favorite grocers on our platform! In this role, you will lead growth projects for major Grocery merchants to ensure we are able to onboard every SKU or service a grocery store offers. This includes portfolio management, ideating and launching 0-1 initiatives across our merchants, onboarding merchants to new services and improving quality every step of the way. You will partner closely with product, engineering, finance, analytics and business development to bring these initiatives to life! OVERVIEW: The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoint's institutional investment and corporate clients, now in its 9 th year, that offers teleconferences, surveys, in-person events, and AI-facilitated data and content. The teleconferences live in an online library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e. hedge fund analysts), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office. What you'll do: Build and lead a high-caliber research team: Recruit, develop, and manage a group of analysts producing differentiated, investor-grade insights across the technology, media and telecom (TMT) space, with full ownership over research quality, agenda-setting, and output. Own the research strategy and content roadmap: Define what gets covered and why—shaping expert calls, thematic work, and proprietary content aligned with real-time public equity investor demand Drive business growth and AI-enabled innovation: Partner with commercial and product teams to launch new research offerings, leveraging AI to scale insight generation, enhance workflows, and create differentiated products for institutional investor clients.
