Responsibilities: Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation and business growth. Retail trading is where users feel the product every day - and where volume, engagement, and retention compound. Your mandate is to drive trading products from discovery through launch and iteration: roadmap clarity, feature definition, customer insight, and shipping at global scale. Your mandate is to own the onboarding journey as both a growth product and a regulated platform: KYC and account opening, activation and referral mechanics, new-product onboarding, and a meaningful trading scope.
