Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Business Operations, Manufacturing Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated knowledge of production operations. Strong understanding of Health & Safety, GMP, Food Safety, Quality Systems, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. So he teamed up with his siblings, Salma and Sahba Fotovat, to launch Riverside's first brand, MADEGOOD.
