Job description
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its leadership team. This position plays a key role in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities Supervise production floor operations, providing clear instructions and hands-on support for tasks such as: Capping bottled products Loading and palletizing boxes Preparing products for shipment Monitor and optimize production line performance to meet targets. Ensure the availability of materials and components at each production line. Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and enforce safety protocols.
