Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Project Manager – Construction

What this job involves:

At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees, and that starts with the construction projects we bring to life every day. As a Project Manager – Construction, you will take ownership of projects from initial planning through final closeout, working across a portfolio of facilities to ensure every build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role suits a professional with moderate experience who is ready to grow their leadership and technical capabilities while collaborating closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors. You will balance the discipline of schedules, budgets, and documentation with the people skills needed to keep diverse stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward. If you thrive on turning plans into tangible results and want to build your career in an environment that invests in your development, this role offers the platform to do exactly that.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage construction project lifecycles end-to-end, from initial scoping through planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, schedules, and supporting documentation to keep every phase on track.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors, reflecting the culture of collaboration that sets JLL apart, locally and across the globe.
  • Monitor project progress continuously, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all active sites.
  • Support procurement and vendor selection processes, helping secure the right partners for each project.
  • Participate in site meetings and oversee on-site activities as needed, staying connected to the realities of each build.
  • Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives as part of our commitment to more innovative and responsible ways of building.
  • Provide regular, clear project updates and reports to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PMP or CAPM certification, or actively working toward one.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
  • Exposure to mission-critical or data center environments.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices or LEED accreditation.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
