Senior Project Manager Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager is at the core of the team and helps everyone to communicate clearly while staying on time, on budget, and meets the highest of quality standards. This individual must demonstrate solid business judgment and sound strategic thinking. This role reports to the Director of Project Management. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at the Mississauga facility. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with our highly talented team to manage state-of-the-art and innovative projects for our customers. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES Coordinate engineering projects from quotation through engineering, manufacturing, and completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring project progress, identifying risks, escalating issues appropriately, and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and delivery. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other internal staff to support timely project delivery. Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing inquiries, meetings, updates, and correspondence while communicating project timelines, deliverables and changes clearly and proactively to internal and external stakeholders. Account Executive Position Overview The Account Executive is the client-facing project lead responsible for communicating and documenting the project scope and specifications, ensuring client alignment during project development, and reviewing agency work deliverables against client objectives and project specifications. The Account Executive is responsible for managing accurate and timely client communications of project information, status, deadlines, and next steps on a daily basis, as well as managing the submission, review, and final delivery of work and materials.
