Project Manager Location:Amarillo TX Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Reports To: Operations Leadership Key Responsibilities Project Ownership & Execution • Own the full lifecycle of projects from handoff through closeout • Align field operations, schedule, and budget to ensure successful execution • Maintain control of project scope, sequencing, and deliverables • Drive decision-making to keep projects moving forward Financial Management & Cost Control • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking • Monitor job cost reports, production, and margin performance • Identify risks early and implement corrective actions • Manage change orders, billing, and cost recovery • Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting Planning, Scheduling & Coordination • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership • Lead lookahead planning (2-week and 6-week
