Job description
Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Birmingham, AL office to lead project delivery and maintain client relationships across a range of civil infrastructure work. The ideal candidate combines strong technical judgment with the interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to project staff. Lead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through closeout, ensuring technical quality, budget control, and schedule adherence throughout. Oversee preparation of engineering studies, designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects, provide proactive communication and consistently delivering responsive, high-quality service.
