Job Description: Project Manager – Tax Operations Transformation Location: Remote (Poland) / Occasional office visits Duration: 12 months (with option to extend) Start Date: Q1 2027 (January / March) About the Role We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead key streams within a multi-year, global transformation initiative. The program aims to industrialize and centralize tax operations across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency—replacing manual, fragmented processes with a standardized, automated, and scalable operational model. We are recruiting for two distinct profiles: Profile 1 (Tax Data & Master Data Management Focus): Owns the creation of the Single Source of Truth for all tax references across lines of business.
