Proposal Writer – Aerospace

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, the physical sciences, or a related area. Pursuit of relevant advanced degrees, relevant internships, or other relevant experiences may be considered in lieu of professional experience. 2+ years of experience working in the aerospace industry or a related field. Conversant in the language of engineers and scientists (ability to read graphs, mathematical expressions, units, technical jargon, etc.) Prior experience writing technical proposals, white papers, or reports. The creativity to communicate technical topics through both prose and graphics. Strong critical thinking skills to identify and correct technical, logical, and other errors. Excellent writing ability, including a strong command of grammar, flow, tone, and conciseness. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Strong drive to deliver, improve, and succeed. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for multiple overlapping projects.
