Quality Analyst – Health Coaching Company: MetaGO Health Function: Training & Quality – Health & Wellness Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Recommended Experience: 2–4 years About MetaGO Health MetaGO Health is a doctor-led metabolic health platform combining medical supervision, diagnostics, GLP-1 therapy where clinically appropriate, nutrition guidance and behavioural coaching in a structured six- or twelve-month programme. About the Role A good coaching session must be clinically responsible, personally relevant and genuinely helpful—not simply completed on time. As a Quality Analyst – Health Coaching , you will audit interactions between Health Coaches and members to ensure that every session meets MetaGO’s standards for nutrition guidance, coaching effectiveness, empathy, documentation, safety and process adherence.
