SUMMARY QE is responsible for ensuring incoming parts from supply chain companies and internally produced components/vehicles meet the quality standards and systems required. JOB DESCRIPTION • Responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to. • Ensure incoming materials meet required quality standards. Responsible for identifying and raising quality issues and for speedily resolving them to ensure zero impact on the customer. • Support new product introductions to ensure the robustness of product builds. • Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste, and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements. • Work mostly independently with minimal supervision and work is reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management. • General and Task Management. Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty) Identify' the root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compro

Technicians are assigned to a location within the field that modifies and repairs mechanical and electrical processes of the ESS, do the commission work and follows documentation pertaining to their assigned station in their department. JOB DESCRIPTION Receive batteries, cube unload, and document them by serial numbers Test cubes, batteries, and components using BYD software and hardware Disassemble cubes, make repairs and modifications based on engineering or manager’s direction Document all issues and repairs as well as changes made Clean and organize inside and outside work areas that include warehouse Work with team members to create a safe, efficient work environment while maintaining high quality work product and repairs Help document and repair cubes at port site Supporting warehouse by assisting with organizing and inventory Demonstrates attention to detail Demonstrates required skills Gathers and analyzes information skillfully Communicates changes and progress Balances team and individual responsibilities Adapts to changes in the work environment Follows instruction, responds to management direction Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Upholds organizational values Proper use of PPE and observes safety and security procedures of BYD and adhere to customer safety and procedures Other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
