Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 Since 2013, we have been redefining the furniture industry one sofa at a time, it’s not easy — it requires solving challenging, meaningful problems. This is where you come in, as a Manager, Quality Insights , you'll reassess, clean up, and structure our quality insights framework into systematic, decision-driving intelligence that reduces our total cost of poor quality (COPQ). Why We Need You: Currently, we have quality data, but the framework needs to be standardized, connected, and made truly actionable. This role sits at the center of that transformation. You’ll connect upstream inspection data with post-market defect and customer claim data, creating a single, trusted view of quality performance that supports continuous improvement and smarter decisions.
