We are seeking a Residential Upgrade Technician to perform in-home upgrades of our residential systems. As well as provide quality upgrade services, establish rapport with customers and use your expertise to identify opportunities to add products and services to their security system. Above all, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction with both their system and the upgrade process. This individual will assess the customer’s need and sell additional products and services.
