GAQ427R204 Mission: We're looking for a Recruiter to be the driving force behind hiring the technical talent that powers our go-to-market engine across Singapore (Asean/Greater China Region) — Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and the broader Field Engineering org. These are the people who sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, turn the world's hardest data and AI problems into production reality, and make Databricks impossible to compete against. Your job is to find them, win them, and close them. This is an exciting time to be part of the rocketship and the Databricks expansion in India. We're scaling fast, the bar is high, and the demand for elite technical pre-sales and field talent has never been more intense.
