We are seeking a Technical Recruiter (Reciter) with 4+ years of experience in the Technical Facilities Management (FM) industry to join our team in Chennai . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recruiting top engineering talent specializing in FM operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), HVAC, and Building Maintenance . Key Responsibilities: Technical Recruitment & Assessment Identify, screen, and assess candidates for engineering roles in the FM industry. Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates’ knowledge of FM systems, maintenance, and operations.
