Role overview
Job description
As a Referral PCC , you will be the first point of contact for patients referred to Talkiatry by our trusted network of partners, and you'll also manage the outbound side of referrals - coordinating when Talkiatry patients need to be referred out to partner organizations for services outside our scope of care. This is a patient-facing role that blends administrative efficiency, sales acumen, and cross-organizational coordination to keep referrals moving smoothly in both directions.
