Job description
Scope of the Job The Regional Director, Country is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of Soho House properties in the UK. As the senior operational leader across the portfolio, this role is responsible for ensuring each House delivers an exceptional member and guest experience, strong commercial performance and a consistently high standard of hospitality, while retaining the individual character and identity that makes each House unique. Reporting into the Managing Director, UK & EU, the Country Director will lead and develop the senior leadership teams within each House, creating a high-performing culture built around accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
