Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Company: Grow on Purpose ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 3:15pm-5:45pm Location: In-person – Lakewood, CO Pay: $28 per hour Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
