Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll work alongside a dedicated BCBA who mentors you from day one, not a manager, not a corporate supervisor. The job You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.
