Registered Nurse – DOH Licensed Job Summary A DOH-licensed Registered Nurse responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, clinical monitoring, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and clinical needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Provide direct patient care while maintaining safety, dignity, privacy, and comfort. Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, clinical observations, and treatment responses.
