Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Planning Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel arrangements and organizing client plans. This role focuses on managing travel details, supporting scheduling needs, and ensuring all elements are aligned for a smooth and well-structured experience.
This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, organization, and working in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel plans, schedules, and related arrangements
Assist clients in organizing details based on their preferences and timelines
Review travel information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate updates, confirmations, and important details clearly
Maintain organized records of travel plans and client interactions
Monitor timelines and ensure all arrangements are completed efficiently
Qualifications
