Artheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team in Berlin, NJ. The Resident Engineer serves as the chief on-site authority for highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing field inspection teams, enforcing contract plans and specifications, overseeing project safety and traffic control, and handling daily contract administration. Qualification
requires either a NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of experience in heavy highway construction management. System Proficiency: Familiarity with NJDOT or NJTA design standards, Construction Management systems (like Site Manager or Cap Ex), and internal Contract Compliance procedures. Previous NJDOT RE/ARE experience of 1-3 years. Site Manager experience 1-2 years. NJDOT Office Engineer above site manager experience is preferred as well. The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
