Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Resident Project Representative our Monroe, LA office to provide quality planning, designing and technical overview to assist the Project Manager/Client Account Manager in delivering project, within budgetary and time constraints. The Resident Project Representative works under the general guidance and direction of an Engineer/Project Manager. Using excellent client service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public. Conduct on-site inspection work for environmental, water, sewer, and other public works projects and programs. Inspects all phases of construction and improvement work contracted by the client to assure that the appropriate construction is completed in compliance with the plans, standards, specifications, special requirements, codes and regulat
