What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem. The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works. The calendar as strategy. Work with Jaleh each quarter to shape a calendar that reflects her actual priorities. Job description
Sigma has surpassed $200M in overall revenue and is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to sit at the centre of a ~$40M ARR business within Sigma that is doubling year on year. You will work directly alongside our Area VP of Sales - embedded in the business, not observing it from the outside. This is a role built on trust, proximity, and the ability to shape decisions before they get made. Think less ops coordinator, more trusted advisor with a bias for action and a sharp analytical mind. Someone who has outgrown execution and wants to shape strategy. Someone who gets uncomfortable when they are the last to see a problem coming. Someone who would rather design the system than run the report. What you will own The operating rhythm of a high-growth sales organisation - QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and the cadences that keep a fast-moving team
