Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (Required). Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas (Required): Motor controls Gearboxes PCB systems Encoders and sensors Key Competencies: Strong project management capabilities. Exceptional external communication skills and rich customer-facing experience. Ability to lead technical sales proposals and derive/deliver customized solutions. Native or near-native proficiency in English. Other Requirements: Ability to travel frequently (30% to 50% of working time; must be eligible for international travel). Valid work authorization in the United States (No visa sponsorship required). Preferred Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. degree in STEM fields, or a relevant double major. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Robotics or Actuator engineering. Experience participating in development projects within the humanoid robotics industry.
