Job description
The Role… A reliable and friendly Room Attendant will provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. To be a successful Room Attendant, you must be honest, organized, dependable and have detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping policies, procedures, and be passionate about creating and tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude! Main Duties To ensure cleanliness of guest, deep cleaning rooms on the daily basis, ensure all linen is changed on the daily basis. Removing of all linen and trash from the room Cleaning of bathrooms and disinfecting. Replacing all used amenities after every guest Departure.
